Welcome to Vebra Beauty. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Company Information

This website is operated by Vebra Beauty, a proudly South African online beauty technology store.

2. Products

Vebra Beauty sells beauty and skincare devices, including hair styling tools, LED therapy masks, and facial and neck beauty devices.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, packaging, and product details may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, supplier updates, or manufacturing changes.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Vebra Beauty reserves the right to update prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order. Vebra Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

Payment is not received.
Product information or pricing is incorrect.
Stock is unavailable.
Fraud or suspicious activity is suspected.
Customer information is incomplete or inaccurate.

5. Payment

Orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We are not responsible for payment delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party providers.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, supplier delays, incorrect delivery details, or events outside our control.

Risk in the product passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are correct before checkout.

7. Returns & Refunds

Vebra Beauty offers a 24-day return period from date of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty devices may not be returned unless defective.

Customers remain responsible for return courier costs for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. South African online purchases may carry a statutory cooling-off period, and defective goods have statutory protection under the CPA.

8. Defective Products

If a product is defective due to a manufacturing fault, we will assess it in line with South African consumer law.

Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water damage, neglect, unauthorised repairs, incorrect charging, improper storage, or failure to follow instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9. Product Use

Customers must read and follow all product instructions before use.

Vebra Beauty is not responsible for damage, injury, irritation, or poor results caused by:

Incorrect use
Excessive use
Use on unsuitable skin or hair conditions
Failure to follow safety instructions
Use with incompatible products
Allergic or individual reactions

If you have sensitive skin, skin conditions, medical concerns, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, consult a qualified professional before use.

Results vary from person to person. Vebra Beauty does not guarantee identical results for every customer.

Any before-and-after images, testimonials, or product descriptions are for general marketing and illustration purposes only and do not guarantee specific results.

11. Medical Disclaimer

Our products are beauty and self-care devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

12. Promotions

Discounts, offers, bundles, and promotional codes may be changed, limited, extended, or withdrawn at any time.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

All content on this website, including logos, images, text, product names, graphics, designs, and branding, belongs to Vebra Beauty or its licensors.

Our maximum liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
